Sponsors Cancellation Policy

  • 30-Day Cutoff: Sponsor and exhibitor fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
  • Late Sponsor Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for sponsor or exhibitor cancellations or package changes made within 30 days of the event. This allows VATESOL to finalize promotional materials, program printing, and booth layouts.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

All cancellation, refund, and attendee substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to the VATESOL Treasurer. Please include the primary registrant's name, organization, and invoice number.
